Construction - Clean Up

Located in Tigard, OR

Our client is looking for detailed construction clean up crew. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the site, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms. You will also be responsible for cleaning windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, emptying trash cans, and keeping common areas such as hallways and lobbies clean. Adherence to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines is essential, and any maintenance or repair needs observed should be promptly reported to the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Perform General Cleaning Tasks:

• Sweep and mop floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
• Dust surfaces, equipment, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and grime.

Clean and Sanitize Restrooms and Break Rooms:

• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, sinks, toilets, and urinals.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer.
• Clean and sanitize break room appliances, countertops, and tables.

Empty Trash Cans and Replace Liners:

• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Replace liners in trash cans as needed to maintain cleanliness.

Clean Windows, Mirrors, and Glass Surfaces:

• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Ensure that glass surfaces are free of streaks and smudges.

Maintain Cleanliness in Common Areas:

• Keep hallways, lobbies, and other common areas clean and free of debris.
• Arrange furniture and equipment in an organized manner.

Follow Established Cleaning Procedures and Safety Guidelines:

• Adhere to standard cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment safely and efficiently.

Report Maintenance or Repair Needs:

• Report any observed maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Communicate any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
