Qualifications:
3 Years of recent Billing, Accounting, and/or Bookkeeping experience required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in QuickBooks
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Manage receipts in QuickBooks
Generate project invoices
Closing Books
Reconcile accounts and bank statements
