Day Shift Line Lead Position!
OVERVIEW: Are you a solution seeker? Are you a natural born leader, who is open to try new ideas? Our client located in Gresham, Oregon is in need of a Line Lead. Your duties would include staging product materials for the day, ensure documents are collected, directing packaging operations, filling packaging to specified weights and accuracy of labels and label placements. You are also responsible for keeping the back dock, pallet storage area and truck docking area clean and orderly through-out the day and supervising rotations of breaks and lunches with teammates in finish room to ensure production flow is consistent and steady.
