Express Employment Professionals is currently searching for a Sign Installer & Service Technician to join our clients growing team. Our client is a full-service sign company within the HRM area.

 

Responsibilities:

• Sign construction & installation: steel, wood, plastic, vinyl
• Electrical troubleshooting
• ·    Loading trucks/trailers
•      Setting up job sites
•      Working at heights: ladders, scaffolding, scissor lift
•      Vehicle maintenance (inspection)
• ·    Forklift and crane operating
• ·    Interpreting blueprints
• ·    Completing log book and paperwork

 

 Requirements:

• ·         Minimum 2 years service / installation experience
• ·         Valid Class 5 driving license and clean driver’s abstract
• ·         Organized and able to schedule service and installs
• ·         Ability to read drawings
• ·         Electric, construction, and mechanical experience is considered an asset

 

Our client Offers:

 

• ·         Full-time permanent role
• ·         Pay is $24-$29 per hour based on relevant experience
• ·         Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Overtime available if desired)
