Job Overview:

A local, well-performing, client is looking for skilled/dependable and hard-working Customer Service Rep’s. The client has SEVERAL openings, multiple day shifts available, and are looking to interview candidates soon.

 

 

Job Description:

ü Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

ü Generate sales leads

ü Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

ü Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

ü Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

ü Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

ü Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

ü Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

ü Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

ü Take the extra mile to engage customers
