Core Machine Operator

Located in Beaver Dam, WI

We're seeking a hard-working individual to join a talented metal production team in Beaver Dam on 1st shift. If you're passionate about hard work, precision, and delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you. Candidates should note that this is primarily a manual labor position that includes heavy lifting throughout the shift. Direct hire with a family-owned company, meaning paid time off in your first year, 401K match, health, and dental insurance. This company is seeking a long-term fit to add to their production team.
 
Pay: $20 - $22/ hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am-3:30pm (Weekends off)
 
Job responsibilities:

• Lifting throughout shift, occasionally up to 100lbs
• Use shaker to remove excess material from parts; LOTS of vibration
• Standing for the duration of the shift
• Sorting parts by part number

Experience and skills:

• Heavy manufacturing experience required
• Construction (concrete and drywall) experience has done well
• Solid work history
• Ability to read, basic math, and mechanical aptitude
