Our client, an industry leader in the home remodeling business, is looking for a Carpentry Production Manager to join their growing team!

Compensation: starting at $75,000+

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for evaluating all aspects of carpentry projects occasionally including painting/finishing services.
- Directing each subcontracted team to assist in execution of projects (including timelines, client expectations, on site labor, etc.)
- Work alongside the resource planning manager to oversee management of materials/supplies
- Support lead carpenters and Project Consultants (sales team members) in advising customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
-Responsible for interpreting and implementing management policies and operating practices
- Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting
- Ensures statutory and regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health
-Conducts meetings with subcontractors to review best practices, company processes/procedures, safety training

Experience:

-10+ years of experience as a successful Production/Project Manager of residential carpentry/remodeling construction
-Experience in estimating, negotiating and selling high-end residential remodel change orders
- Proven ability to effectively organize, plan, analyze and compose production schedules
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Able to perform and analyze financial calculations
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail and Zoho CRM familiarity preferred, but not required)

Licensing/Certifications:
-MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) Preferred
