ALL SHIFTS – Caregiver

Responsibilities:

Join our caregiving team in Ottawa, KS, as a Caregiver providing essential assistance with daily living activities to the elderly and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

Location: Ottawa, KS

Pay: $13-$14 per hour

Schedule: Flexible schedules with day and night shifts available

 

Job Duties:

• Personal Assistance: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Laundry: Assist with laundry to ensure clean and well-maintained clothing and linens.
• Shopping: Accompany individuals on shopping trips or assist with purchasing essential items.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Companionship: Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of care provided and report any changes or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Compassion: Show compassion and empathy in providing care to the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in fulfilling caregiving responsibilities.
• Flexibility: Adapt to flexible schedules and availability for day and night shifts.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with physical tasks related to caregiving.
