Part-Time Travel Outbound Assistant

Sacramento based medical organization is seeking an attentive Part-Time Travel Outbound Assistant to join their team!  

Must be flexible:  Part-time, Monday-Sunday hours vary.

Non-exempt

Wage: $18-$20/hourly DOE

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct Qualified Medical Evaluations
• Examine injured workers to evaluate disability and compose the necessary medical-legal reports to determine an injured worker to evaluate disability
• Assist with QME workers comp cases, disability retirement & other medical cases
• Evaluation reports for workers comp cases
• Schedule appointments
• Prep medical charts
• The Outbound Assistant will assist doctor’s with charts (not treating patients)
• Assist with back office support; vitals, measurements, taking notes for the doctors
• Travel to medical offices

 

Skills, Education and Experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience required. Medical legal or Workers Comp experience is required
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Strong organizational skills

 

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• A drug screen, background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be required
• Must have a valid CA driver license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Professional and personable
