Salary: $20-22/hr

Our client in Kalona is looking for a Payroll Processor!

General Duties:

• Handling timecard reconciliation
• Submitting payroll
• Entering payroll journal entries
• Distributing paychecks and timecards
• Occasionally handle certified payrolls, and Davis Bacon payrolls
• Responsible for tracking safety lotto
• Payroll reports
• Responsible for entering new employees in the payroll system and updating their information/benefits as they change
• Some filing and data entry

Requirements:

• Self-starter that places an emphasis on accuracy, completeness, and work product ownership, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines Superb customer service, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and are deadline-driven
• A collaborative work style while being equally able to operate independently and autonomously, Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on attention to detail
• 2 Years of payroll experience

Hours:

• 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Monday – Friday

Pay:

• $20-22+/hr
• Pending experience
