Located in Exton, PA

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00/ hour (DOE)

Warehouse Lead - $17.00 - $20.00/ hour (DOE)

The Warehouse Lead will oversee and participate in the shipping, receiving, kitting, strapping, wrapping, and labeling of products/ items.  This position will direct warehouse associates and ensure all jobs assigned are completed in a timely manner.

Warehouse Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all duties are completed SAFELY and according to company standards and policies.
• Maintain consistent communication between departments including communicating inventory needs.
• Organizing and overseeing material in building and completing inventory checks.
• Manage warehouse inventory, clean, & organize warehouse.
• Loading & unloading trucks safely and in a timely manner.
• Complete all shipping and receiving paperwork at dock, load & unload trucks.
• Assemble work orders, quality check, strap and wrap for shipping.

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

• Forklift Certification required
• Knowledge of manufacturing not required, but a plus.
• Communicate clearly and precisely with supervisors and co-workers.
• Ability to follow verbal or written directions.
• Must be able to use basic math.
