Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company located in the Racine, WI area that is seeking an Intake Specialist. This role is a full time, Monday to Friday position that is temporary to hire opportunity that is offering excellent benefits!

 

Responsibilities for the Intake Specialist include:

• Providing excellent Customer Service in person and over the phone
• Must be detailed and demonstrate multi-tasking skills
• Exceptionally accurate in preparing factual material and in proof reading
• Documentation of all customer interactions
• Entering data into database
• Scanning and saving documents into computer file
• Uploading documents into business system for processing
• Checking applications for required data and using lists to compare date
• Previous office experience in a customer support role such as call center
• Computer skills required
• Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
