Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Central Phoenix. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals looking for permanent placement in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with HVAC system troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor for training on advanced tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver''s license.
