Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Maintenance Supervisor for a 3-start resort located in Kissimmee, starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $25.50/HR
• Schedule - Must be available to work any day, 1st & 2nd shift, and assist on overnight calls as well.
• Full-time, permanent opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Provide direction and supervision to a team of 19 technicians for daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Assist the maintenance leadership with the management of the maintenance department and vendor operations.
• Collaborate with department leadership and support all financial aspects of the maintenance department.

Requirements:

• MUST be able to work any day, any shift.
• MUST have strong contractor and vendor negotiation skills.
• Certification in HVAC, OSHA, and electrical is preferred.
