Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, in person and email, and resolves issues in a timely manner
  • Works with other insurance carriers and providers to coordinate benefits and support claims processing
  • Accomplishes special projects as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned such as filing and data entry
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service or office experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, and clear communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Computer proficient in MS Office Suite, 45wpm, 9,000kph
