Customer Service Representative

Sacramento/Rancho Cordova based organization is seeking an attentive Customer Service Representative join their team!  Long-term opportunities!

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (1-hour lunch)

Non-exempt

Wage: $19.00/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Face to Face customer service interaction
• Taking payments from buyers and transporters.
• Answering phone calls and email correspondence 
• Assisting transporters with vehicle pullouts (collecting information from the transporters and sending the information to the yard for the vehicle to be pulled out to them for pickup)
• Processing titles out to our buyers (this includes filling out the buyer information on the title as well as sending them via fed-ex)
• Assisting the customers of the insurance companies we work for when they come in (normally come in to remove personal belongings from the vehicle)
• Making phone calls to shops and residences to schedule the pickup of the vehicles.
• Filing titles

 

Skills, Education and Experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience required
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Very fast paced high volume job

 

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Must be able to work with a high volume of work and complete tasks
• Well-organized with sharp attention to detail
• Personable and professional
• Hard working and reliable
