Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our team, specializing in servicing cranes and heavy construction equipment. This position is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mechanical repair and have a strong understanding of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair on cranes and various heavy construction equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment meets all operational standards.
• Manage maintenance logs and documentation.
• Utilize a range of tools to complete repair tasks.
• Maintain an inventory of parts and tools, ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic, especially with heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Own set of professional-grade tools.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
