We are hiring for a Packaging Machine Operator
These are 30-day temp-to-hire positions with starting pay at $20.00+ /hr.
Shift: Days 6am-6pm or Graveyard 6pm-6am
REQUIREMENTS:
-Pass drug screen.
-Pass a background check.
-Pre-employment physical
Job Description:
This job exists to ensure product quality and production levels are achieved and sustained for the packaging equipment on the assigned line(s). This includes providing electronic and mechanical maintenance, operation, sanitation, troubleshooting, and repair of all equipment in the Packaging Area from the distribution system to the LGVs. This position may also assist with the operation, electronic and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of other equipment throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of related experience and/or training
-Provides troubleshooting, repair, and support on the equipment, instrumentation systems, and supporting equipment including most mechanical, some electrical, and some electronic aspects.
-Ensures that metal detector checks and all other required checks (x-ray, bag weights, bag/case integrity, etc.) are conducted and recorded in the appropriate location promptly.
