Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques and a strong background in working with metal fabrication for cattle farming equipment.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Perform TIG welding on various components of cattle farming equipment.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
3. Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Ensure the quality and precision of welded components, meeting industry standards.
5. Collaborate with the production team to achieve project goals and timelines.
6. Conduct inspections of welded products and make necessary adjustments.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Tig Welder, preferably in the agriculture or farming equipment industry.
2. Proficient in TIG welding techniques, with the ability to work with various metals.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a welding environment.
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
