Job Description: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Responsibilities:

• Develop Referral Provider Network relationships and generate referrals.
• Increase net inquiries per month to bring in new business and expand market share.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans with leadership approval.
• Effectively present Home Instead to referral providers through meetings and group presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities using company software.
• Develop a database of qualified leads through various channels.
• Conduct care consultations with potential clients and families.
• Maintain communication and follow-up schedule with potential clients.
• Coordinate with team members for client care aspects.
• Conduct client/Care Pro introductions and plan QA visits per quarter.
• Serve in emergency on-call phone management rotation.
• Participate in Care Pro meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other necessary functions for successful franchise office operation.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the senior care industry.
• Organizational and prioritization skills for daily, monthly, and yearly work.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and the community.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to operate office equipment and HISC technology systems.
