Sales Representative
Located in Brighton, IL
Salary: $45,000/yr (plus commission)
Job Summary: Do you love traveling and people? We are looking for a sales representative to join a growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Prospecting – research state, local and education RFPs and permits to identify opportunities
· Sales Development – identify/target potential customers within Missouri through proactive prospecting, outreach, networking and leverage existing industry contacts
· Relationship Building – build long lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns, providing solutions, fostering trust and loyalty
· RFPs and Proposals – respond to public and private RFPs and develop proposals
· Channel Management – support channel by staying ahead of bidding opportunities
· Sales Strategy and Planning
· Travel and Territory Management – extensive travel within Missouri to visit clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
· Collaboration and Reporting – coordinate with internal teams, leverage marketing team.

Qualifications
· 3 years of successful outside sales experience with proven track record of success, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, surfacing or related industries
· Channel sales experience / experience responding to SLED RFPs
· College degree a plus
