Material Handler

Located in Clarksville, TN

Salary: $14 - $15 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and diligent candidates for a Material Handler position with a High-Quality Building Product Supplier. This position will pay between $14 - $15 / hour depending on forklift experience.  Two shifts are available: Monday-Friday from  7AM- 4PM or 10AM-6PM.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload truck with lumber, windows or doors. 
• Cleanup lumber yard as needed
• Operate Forklift
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have GED or High School Diploma
• Capable of heavy lifting and carrying.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Capable of physical movements such as climbing, bending, stooping, heavy lifting, unloading and carrying materials.
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel toed shoes/boots, and Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear
