Salary: $14.00-$15.00/DOE.

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients in a furniture store setting. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, and following up on leads.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Stay updated on inventory levels, new arrivals, and product features.
  • Translate written materials or documents as needed.

Hours: Monday- Friday (Must be able to work one day on the weekend)

Pay: $14-15/hr. DOE
