Responsibilities include cleaning piping and heat exchangers, monitoring water levels, filling water tankers, managing supplies such as filter paper and cleaning chemicals, and ensuring efficient operation of the APV system to maintain product quality. The role also involves conducting filter press changes, assisting with bulk filling and raw material sampling, and serving as a backup for various tasks such as honey dumping and barrel washing. Additionally, the individual is responsible for maintaining sanitation and paper changing lists, supporting the processing supervisor, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, completing required documentation, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
