Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with other team members to address facility-related concerns. The role requires a strong understanding of various technical systems, the ability to use diagnostic tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician may be responsible for documenting maintenance activities, ordering replacement parts, and adhering to safety protocols to uphold a secure and efficient working environment.
