Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to perform business-to-business sales for Express Employment Professionals’ West Orlando office.

Position Details:

• Full-time, direct hire, salary opportunity.
• Schedule – Monday – Friday – 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days outside sales, 1 day inside sales)

Job Duties:

• Market and sell staffing services for Express Employment Professionals.
• Quote prices and provide information regarding terms of the sales.
• Develop new business within an assigned territory and follow up with new and existing customers.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of outside, business-to-business sales experience.
• Must have a strong knowledge of the Orlando area.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.

Compensation Details:

• Starting Salary - $40,000/year - $50,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
• Commission – Monthly commission, a tiered system based on previous monthly production.
• Bonus – Year-end bonus based on production for the year.
• Holidays – 6 paid holidays.
• PTO – 11 days PTO.
• Company Card – used for gas and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Monthly Car Allowance - $250/month.
• Awards – Vacation incentives our corporate office offers based on reaching specific sales goals.
• Training – Extensive training, and continued training programs.

Monthly Commission Structure:

The amounts below are based on the monthly gross margin billed from the previous month. For example, the commission check you will receive in February is from the gross margin billed in January.

• $0 - $20,000 – 5%
• $21,000 - $42,000 – 6%
• $43,000 - $83,000 – 7%
• $84,000 and up – 8%
