Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring a Texture Technician in Batavia, OH. The ideal candidate for this role will have some previous manufacturing experience, and receive on-the-job training in order to develop skills and assist with production in the texture division. This position is very detailed. Candidates with artistic ability may excel due to the detailed/intricate nature of the work. 

Key Functions: 
• Masking of molds, sandblasting, polishing, printing and chemical etching.
• Follow shop drawings or project instruction for each project. 
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail. 

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00AM - 4:00PM 
Pay: $17.50/hourly 

Once hired on with the company, benefits include:
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance after 3 months of probation period. Successful candidate after 3 months, he/she will be a full time employee.
• After one (1) year, 401K will be available with up 10% of gross and company will match 50% of that 10%.
• First year PTO will be After a year will have 136 hours of PTO. (after 5 years of employment, another 40 hours will be added to make 176 hours of PTO.
• Uniforms/Working Boots provided
