Roofing Estimator - Stuart ($20/hr + DOE)

Salary: $20 + DOE
Express Employment Professionals is looking to add an Experienced Roofing Estimator to our Stuart team!
Pay: $20/ hr + DOE
Primary Objective:
The Roofing Estimator is responsible for providing estimating services and overseeing activities for roofing projects.
Key Duties:
- Strategically target sales opportunities in the market.
- Prepare bids from architectural drawings, specifications and other pertinent bid documents.
- Prepare Quotations for Negotiated Re-Roofing or Open Bid Re-Roofing from field information.
- Complete take-offs from bid documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
- Communicate with Contractors/Owners.
- Follow-up and review estimates.
- Maintain good relationships with prime contractors/owners, staff, and manufacturers.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date project files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a Roofing Estimator
