The position requires proficiency in various phases of commercial electrical work, encompassing rough-in, trim out, panel work, and low voltage systems. The candidate should excel in installing conduit types underground, overhead, in masonry, and in concrete, as well as demonstrate skill in installing MC cable quickly and precisely. Proficiency in installing junction and device boxes, wiring single pole, three and four-way switching, receptacles, and troubleshooting is essential. The role involves handling diverse job scopes, from installing new light fixtures to complete demolition with total rewiring. Desired skills and qualifications include a commitment to core values, strong communication skills, a clean and professional appearance, independent problem-solving ability, First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and ownership of hand tools and a cordless drill.
