Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join a team in Lewis, KS. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. This position requires a working supervisor who leads by example to help meet production schedules without compromising quality or safety.

 

Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and supervise production team members.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet production goals.
• Appraise performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Address employee complaints and resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead by example, actively engaging in hands-on work.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

 

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-minded and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous supervisory experience in a production setting is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in production processes.

 

Compensation details for the Production Supervisor position:

• Full-Time openings available. 
• The pay rate is $14 per hour, with potential for adjustment based on experience and performance.
