Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team as a Machine Operator in Lewis, KS. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in safely manufacturing hydraulic components in accordance with specifications to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Operate machines to manufacture hydraulic components according to specifications.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and works well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in CNC Machine Operation is preferred.
• Dependable and motivated producer.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Compensation details for the Machine Operator:

• Full-Time openings available. 
• The pay rate is $14 per hour, with potential for adjustment based on experience and performance.
