Express Employment Professionals are looking for a Mold and Tool Maker for a company who''s mission is to deliver tooling that exceeds the customers expectations for cycle time, reliability and quality. 

 

For over 40 years this company has been designing and building molds for automotive, industrial, electrical and medical industry.

 

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday

(Overtime available)

 

Pay Rate: $25.00-40.00/HR

 

Essential Functions:

• Perform Mill and Lathe manufacturing processes including the setup and operation of Manual Toolmaker and Moldmaker, or Skilled with CNC Mills, Lathes, Wire or Sinker EDM
• Inspect manufactured components for conformance to specifications using bench gauging
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to maintain machinery performance and prevent machine downtown.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years CNC Lathe, Mill, Wire or Sinker EDM operation
• Self-starter (self-motivated and willing to learn)
• Potential candidates must display a stable and dependable work history
• High level of attention to detail
• Good written, verbal, and basic computer skills
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints
• Ability to use various measuring devices
• Surf cam, Cad Cam, G-Code Experience a plus
• Machinist Apprenticeship Journeyman a Plus
• Manual lathe experience a plus

 

Physical Requirements: 

• Moderate twisting and bending
