Location: Waukesha, WI

Shift: Sun - Thurs (1:00pm-9:30pm)

Pay Rate: $21-22p/hr

Description: 

• Blow-mold Operator is primarily responsible for operating plastic blow molding machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner. 
• Operates blow molding machine(s) to produce bottles to the company specs. 
• Make manual adjustments to machines if bottles become out of spec.
• Inspecting bottle quality to assure production of acceptable quality bottles in preventing mass production of defective or unacceptable bottles (scrap).
• Stop or reset machine when a malfunction occurs, clear machine jams and report malfunction of machine.
• Records data collection materials.
• Perform monthly/weekly preventative maintenance program.
