Licensed Customer Service Agent (Property & Casualty) – $18.50/ hour

Join a team of high performing customer focused, licensed agents in an exciting opportunity! Agents will have core responsibilities in managing incoming phone calls and accurate data entry into a number of systems. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows reps to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed team. Customer Service Associates are vital to our success!

What we look for:

• Able to work on a computer with two screens and up to 4 applications
• Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses required
• MS Office skills
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Six months or more experience in a computer and phone based customer service setting
