• Conventional machining skills 
• Some CNC programming helpful
• Working knowledge of setups and fixturing on CNC vertical mills and lathe 
• Read/work with drawings
• Mechanical abilities useful 
• Must have own tools 
• Communicate well with others in English 
• Ability and willingness to cross-train 
• Important to be flexible 
• Team oriented individual 
• Machine short run and prototype parts from stainless steel to plastics.
• CNC Machinist - 1-2 years Machinist exp OR 1 - 2 years prototyping  
• Must have strong conventional machining and strong CNC programming 
• Working knowledge of setups and fixturing on CNC vertical mill and lathes
