$20.88/HR
4th shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and E/O Thursday - 5pm-5am
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, this position conducts activities to review, release, and reconcile work orders from SAP into Swisslog and monitors work order material transactions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, safety policies and practices, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Previous forklift experience is required. Will occasionally be required to operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift.
- Responsible at all times for ensuring that tasks are performed according to food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to all company safety regulations and policies.
- Duplicate work order from SAP into Swisslog.
- Review component availability to process work order.
- Update work orders status and feed information to shift supervisor and others as needed.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse personnel to ensure timely execution of work orders.
- Monitor work order transactions performed by production and manufacturing personnel, identifying issues, and correcting inaccuracies.
- Issue some work order components.
- Provide guidance to personnel regarding corrective actions for incorrect material transactions.
- Reconcile completed work orders.
- Perform other duties as required.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma, GED, and/or equivalent combination of experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the job.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
- Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Proficient with WMS and SAP.
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
- Ability to use PC.
- Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to maintain punctuality and predictable attendance.

- Annual Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Annual Safety Training
- Battery Acid –MSDS
- Code of Conduct
- On-Boarding
- Role specific training as indicated in the plant Training Tracker and/or Safety Matrix
- Sexual Harassment Avoidance
- Vitamin D3 in Corn Oil – MSDS
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and clean room attire.
- Moderate physical activity, requires standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day and up to twelve (12) hours per shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to perform work onsite and be comfortable in a light industrial environment, including some exposure to non-toxic dust.
