Customer Solutions Center Agent I

 

IMMEDIATE HIRE: NEEDING A BILINGUAL Customer Solutions Center Agents I to provide excellent customer support for a growing regional bank in Mattoon, IL. This is a full time, permanent position (not temporary).

 

Pay starts at $17.75/hour. 

Full Time, Mon-Fri daytime hours with rotating shifts and must be available to rotate a Saturday schedule.

 

A successful Customer Solutions Center Agent I will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

 

Customer Solutions Center Agent I Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Customer Solutions Center Agent I Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role or call center
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
