2nd Shift Powder Coat Supervisor

Job Description: Prepare components, spray on the powder, and ensure that the final product meets all manufacturing standards

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processes product through the powder coating paint system including loading, unloading, cleaning, painting, curing, and packaging operations quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail and quality

• Can read and understand instructions/information on technical drawings and job travelers 

•  Ensures parts are correct based off of the print/traveler

•  Ability to learn and manage the entire process of the powder coat/paint line

• Maintain a clean work space

• Ensures compliance with safety requirements

• Package completed parts in a way that ensures minimum damage during transit

 

 Skills Required:

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Ability to read travelers and verify quantities
• Self motivated willingness to learn other positions on the line
• Supervisor experience
