We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials within the production facility.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring the proper handling of products to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in the organization and storage of materials in the warehouse to optimize space and facilitate efficient inventory management.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the handling of food products.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating forklifts
• Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to prioritize safety in daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads as required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
