Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Up to $38 an hour based on experience

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot and repair our advanced industrial machinery and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems including AC/DC drives, PLCs, and electro-mechanical controls
• Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals  
• Programming using OEM software and ladder logic
• Performing preventive maintenance (PM) on production machines and equipment
• Ensuring proper operation of engines, motors, pneumatic tools per manufacturer specs
• Analyzing root causes of equipment malfunctions and breakdowns

Required Skills:
• Expert understanding of industrial machinery and equipment  
• Proficient in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with AC/DC drives, PLCs, ladder logic, and control systems
• Ability to read and comprehend technical schematics and diagrams  
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices
• Manufacturing maintenance experience is a must
