Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist position for a client in the Omaha area.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Duties:

• Processing customer performance deductions
• Research and validate customer performance deductions
• Chargeback and collect from customer if not valid
• Pull information from the customer website
• Gather information from other departments
• Learn the cash application process to back up Cash Application
• Understand the deductions process
• Accurately Log each customer program deduction and maintain tracking spreadsheet
• Communicate with sales personnel to create trade form or clarify what deal sheet to use
• Code each Customer Program deduction
• Projects and other duties as assigned

What we are looking for in an Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and terminology
• Knowledge of telephone and business etiquette
• Ability to operate PC, 10-Key, and telephone systems
• Basic Skill in operating office machinery, such as copier, facsimile, and adding machine
• Skill in math basics, accounting procedures and analysis
• Ability to use good situational judgement in making decisions and problem solving
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills and strong team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• High School Diploma
• Business Degree or some college preferred
• More than one year experience as a bookkeeper or accounting assistant

Monday to Friday

8AM-5PM
