A Springfield-based manufacturer is seeking a Team Lead to join its manufacturing team! Oversee the maintenance of machines, supervise a team of 5+ extrusion line workers, and lead your team to success! This is a great opportunity with plenty of room for growth!

• Leadership, management skills, and a sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions
• Mechanical/technical knowledge
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand throughout the shift.
