Job Duties (Apprentice):

• Learn the fundamentals of HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance techniques
• Assist in the installation and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Collaborate with Journeyman and experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience
• Safely handle tools and equipment under supervision

Job Duties (Journeyman):

• Conduct HVAC system installations and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Mentor and guide apprentices, providing on-the-job training
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements (Apprentice and Journeyman):

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• HVAC certification or relevant experience (Journeyman)
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Monday through Friday availability
