We seek a highly skilled and experienced commercial plumbing company specializing in piping, stripping, and blueprint reading to contribute to retail construction projects. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Must be insured and bonded and have a clean background. We are looking for reliable partners to handle the plumbing aspects of retail developments.

Stripping and Demolition: Execute thorough and efficient stripping and demolition of existing plumbing systems in accordance with project requirements.
Safely remove and dispose of old piping, fixtures, and equipment.

Piping Installation: Read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and drawings to plan and execute plumbing installations. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems with overall project requirements. Coordinate with project managers and other subcontractors to meet project timelines.

Blueprint Experience: Possess strong proficiency in reading and understanding construction blueprints and specifications. Ability to translate blueprint information into precise plumbing installations. Identify and resolve potential conflicts between plumbing systems and other building components based on blueprints.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Implement quality control measures to guarantee the longevity and reliability of plumbing systems. Address and resolve any issues or defects promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial plumbing contractor focusing on retail construction projects.
• Expertise in stripping, piping (pipe threading), water pipe, construction, and working with blueprints is a plus.
• Valid plumbing contractor's license and certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
