CNC Mill Operator

Salary: $24-26 per hour

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to produce high-precision aerospace components by setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines. In this role, you will work closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain safety standards, and meet AS9100 Quality Management System requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers to produce precision components.

• Operate manual OD, manual ID, and JIG grinding equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.

• Perform shop math calculations to ensure accurate part production.

• Read and manually edit G-Code programs when needed.

• Use inspection tools to verify dimensional accuracy.

• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to maintain schedule and quality goals.

• Support continuous improvement activities for efficiency and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of CNC machining experience preferred.

• Experience with manual OD, manual ID, and JIG grinding.

• Ability to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.

• Strong blueprint reading skills and shop math proficiency.

• Ability to read and manually edit G-Code programs.

• Skilled in the use of precision inspection tools.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and processes is a plus.
