Commercial Painter

We seek a highly skilled and experienced commercial painter or painting company specializing in stucco, patchwork, and drywall for retail spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of retail locations for construction, remodeling, and special projects. Must be an expert in painting ceilings.

Surface Preparation: Conduct thorough surface assessments to identify and address all issues, such as cracks, holes, or uneven surfaces. Perform stucco repairs, patchwork, and drywall installations to ensure a smooth and flawless painting surface.

Painting Expertise: Select appropriate paint types and colors based on retail space requirements and brand guidelines. Apply paint using various techniques, including brushing, rolling, and spraying, to achieve a professional and uniform finish.

Detail-Oriented Finishing: Pay close attention to detail during the painting process to ensure clean lines and precise application. Implement masking and taping techniques to protect non-paint surfaces and fixtures.

Project Management: Develop and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely completion of painting projects within budget. Coordinate with other contractors and stakeholders to facilitate a seamless workflow.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the longevity and visual appeal of the painted surfaces. Conduct inspections to identify and address any touch-ups or corrections required.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards during the painting process. Ensure compliance with environmental and health standards for paint disposal and usage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial ceiling painter.
