Hours:  8A-5P Mon-Fri

Pay Rate:  $21/hr

Job Description for a Customer Service Agent:

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling all complaints/questions, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to resolve any issues experienced by customers.

Additional Duties of a Customer Service Agent:

  • Ability to answer inbound and outbound calls or emails.
  • Ensure that all customers are satisfied with products and services.
  • Follow up with customer and sales on issues and routing requests.
  • Data entry of all shipments and purchase orders.
  • Work with warehouse team to ensure the order information is accurate.

Requirements for a Customer Service Agent:

  • Must have professional verbal and written skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Must type 50 wpm or more.
