Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and French (oral and written)
• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technician, Interior Design, Architectural Technician, or similar field
• Previous design, electrical and/or construction experience is considered an asset
• Previous project coordination / management experience considered a strong asset
• Previous experience using MS Office
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently/in a team
• G class license with a vehicle

Duties may include but are limited to:

• Provide updates to contractors on quoted projects
• Maintain relationships with contractors and distributors to secure supplier sales on behalf of the organization 
• Negotiate best price with various lighting manufacturers
• Coordinate the process of submission of approved drawings
• Establish the schedule of deliveries for each manufacturer based on project requirements
• Meet with the contractor project team on site
• Coordinate all site services in regard to lighting control
• Ensure approved drawings corresponds to the project specifications
• Accurately enter purchase orders into the system
• Monitor projects to ensure products are on schedule and expedite as needed
• Manage change orders
• Gather information for invoicing and coordinate with accounting department
• Other duties as assigned
  

Monday – Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm – Fridays 8:00am to 3:30pm

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience
