Returns - Cycle Counting

Located in Napa, CA

Salary: $21 - $24 DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, this position will process all inbound customer returns.   Communicate with customer service via email to resolve RA issues.  Return all customer returns to stock.  Perform monthly cycle counts.  Perform ad hoc cycle counts to determine if a customer was short shipped an item.  Receive in advance carton of inventory and input the item weights and dims to Netsuite.  When returns and cycle counts, or business dictates the need you will pick orders for the shipping department. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

• Receive in customer returns
• Conduct cycle counts for all finished goods items
• Receiving in advanced carton and input weights and dims
• Put away customer and advance carton receipts
• Pick order when above tasks are completed, or business dictates the need
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

• Experience and comfort with computers and various programs required, Google email, Netsuite, RF Smart or any WMS

Pay $21-$24 DOE

M-F 7am-3:30pm
