Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, has strong time management, able to meet deadlines, flexible and able to adapt to a variety of situations, and is reliable. Excellent attention to detail (or familiarity with furniture/design specs) and able to work in a fast paced environment is preferred. Project Coordinator (Administration Assistant) will be responsible for greeting clients and assist customers in the showroom while handling incoming calls as well as providing administrative support for the team (assisting with projects in progress).
